8th April 2020

India Warehousing Show (IWS) is re-scheduled to 3-5 October 2020

Dear Exhibitors, Partners, and Visitors,

Like all of you, we have carefully monitored the global health emergency related to coronavirus (COVID-19) which has now been globally declared a pandemic and a notified disaster in India that led to a country wide lockdown until 14th April. It is imperative that we prioritise the health and safety of everyone involved in IWS 2020; employees, customers and exhibitors.

IWS is now scheduled for 3-5 October 2020 at Pragati Maidan (ITPO) in New Delhi.

We consulted with all our stakeholders, especially key exhibitor and visitor groups, and national pavilions, and agreed to reschedule in alignment with the directives and advice from the Indian public health authorities and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi regarding public events as well as travel to and from impacted countries. We are grateful to our customers for all their support and constructive input during this challenging period.

IWS was a stunning success last year, growing 26% in size and more than 30% in visitors. We continue our relentless effort to further build and enhance a top quality exhibitor and visitor audience that is a trade mark of our event, making it the leading show in the warehousing and logistics industry in India. While these are uncertain times, we are working hard to be ready and prepared for October.

We will continue to closely monitor the on-going situation and remain in close contact with all our IWS stakeholders over the coming weeks and our thoughts remain with all those impacted by the virus.
